    1. Select/Click "Tools" from your Internet Explorer menu bar.

    3. Select/Click the "Security" tab in the "Internet Options" window. This will display the "Web content zones". Click Here to see example.
    4. Select/Click "Internet" for you web content zone. This should show the security level for this zone.
    5. Select/Click the "Custom Level..." button. This should open the "Security Settings" window.
    6. Scroll through the settings until you find the heading "Scripting". The "Scripting" heading will have the subheadings "Active scripting", "Allow paste operations via script", and "Scripting of ava applets" - Click Here to see example.
    7. Select/Click "Enable" under the "Active scripting" subheading. Click "OK" when exiting each window to save your changes.
    Internet Explorer 4

    5. Select/Check "Navigator" under "Enable JavaScript for" sub-heading from the "Scripts & Plugins" setting options. Click the "OK" button to save your changes.
    AOL 5
    1. Select/Click "My AOL" from your browser's tool bar.
    2. Select/Click "Preferences" from the "My AOL" drop down menu. This will open the "Preferences" window.
    3. Select/Click "WWW" from the "Preferences" window. This will display the "AOL Internet Properties" window.
